One great skill that I have taken with me in 7 years of regular broadcasting is the ability to edit clips and plays together into packages. For me I have been adapted and used to the Adobe Premier Pro elements for these past 7 years and even now at BYUtv. At BYUtv it's a responsibility for hires to work extra efficiently within the workplace and to stay focus and concentrated to be sure all the elements of the packages that are made be down in order of how they were requested. I have learned how to make music videos for the Sports Nation showing, and also how to edit packages in the same style as well as same format that you would see on ESPN or Sportscenter. The experiences have also taught me how to work to be a producer by working as a tech director for Frisco ISD and as an assistant director for BYU Sports Nation.
